The next step in joining the Dream Team is completing Growth Track. This class is designed to equip you to live life as a fully-devoted follower of Christ—from learning the essentials of the faith to discovering and fulfilling your God-given purpose.

  • On Sundays, we gather with our Dream Team to celebrate wins, cast vision, pray together, and get ready for service. And yes, breakfast is on us! We start with a 15-minute meeting together, then split into our various serving teams for more specific direction. This is a great time to connect with those who share the same passion for serving!

  • Join us for our weekly Dream Team Meetings every Sunday morning, whether you're serving at the first or second service! The meeting starts at 8am (prayer begins at 7:30am), and is held in the Jr. High room next to the main church restrooms.

  • The Dream Team meets in the Jr. High room next to the main church restrooms.

  • We understand that when you're serving, your focus should be on using your gifts and talents to serve others. That's why we offer exclusive childcare for our Dream Team members! Your child will receive breakfast and attend a special children's class during service. Please note that Dream Team childcare is only available for both parents/guardians who are serving and only during the times you are serving on the Dream Team.

    Dream Team Babysitting is available during the following times:

    Pre-Service — 8:15am

    First Service — 9:15am

  • We're thrilled you asked! Every Sunday, from 7:30am to 8:30am, we have pre-service prayer for our church and Dream Team in the Dream Team Center. We strongly encourage all Dream Team members to take advantage of this opportunity to pray and worship before they serve!

  • We utilize a fantastic service called Planning Center Services to schedule and notify our wonderful Joy Church Dream Team! Once you’re scheduled to serve for the upcoming month, one of our Joy Church staff members will email you through Planning Center Services. You should have already received a message from them, which will prompt you to set up your account with your email and create a password. (If you haven’t received this email, please let us know!) You can now access Planning Center via their website or app. You'll also be able to set up notifications to let you know when you're serving and accept/decline the request accordingly. If you have any questions about Planning Center, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!

  • We send out our schedule for the coming month about one month in advance. If you know that you will be unavailable to serve on a particular day, please decline the request in Planning Center Services and inform your department lead of the reason.

    If you know that you will be out-of-town or unavailable for any reason in advance, you can also block out the dates on Planning Center to avoid being scheduled during those times.

    If you become ill on the day you are scheduled to serve, please do your best to inform your department lead as soon as possible that you will not be available!
