Our Lead Pastors

Pastors Riley and Natalie Aman are the Lead Pastors of Joy Church Medford. Together, they have 20+ years of combined ministry experience and it is one of their deepest passions to see people of all ages encounter the life-changing power of Jesus.

They have a love for the city of Medford and the community of the Rogue Valley. In addition to pastoring, Riley works as a chemical engineer and together, Riley and Natalie have a vision to see the businesses and communities in the Rogue Valley flourish.

They have been married since 2015 and have 3 young children, Wesley, Annie and Brooklyn.

They love spending time with family and friends, with good food and a great cup of cofee.

Natalie Aman

Lead Pastor

Meet Natalie Aman, a dedicated on-staff pastor at Joy Church since 2005! Natalie has been instrumental in shaping our youth ministry as the youth pastor of Circle Youth Ministries for 11 years. As Director of the Zoe Intern program, she nurtured the growth of emerging leaders and in 2016, transitioned to become our Executive Pastor, overseeing our staff and daily operations. Natalie's expertise extends beyond our church walls, as she coaches other organizations in leadership and team development. She's also an accomplished author of the book, Engage Leadership!

Riley Aman

Lead Pastor
Riley Aman, a dynamic leader, served as the president of Oregon State University's Varsity House, fostering a vibrant Christian community. With a degree in chemical engineering, Riley has excelled in the marketplace, leading engineering teams with multiple organizations. Within Joy Church, he has made significant contributions, serving and leading Dream Team and youth teams, while also undergoing training for the Joy Church eldership. In addition to his achievements, Riley is an avid triathlete and marathon runner!
